There are planned works tomorrow at the Harrogate exchanges. Some customers may see a slight affect to service while these works are carried out.
Harrogate Internet Problems
We’re getting reports from some users in the Harrogate area of intermittent internet loss, there is work scheduled for the exchange which may be the cause. So far all users who have experienced loss of service have only experienced it temporarily, if you lose service for an extended period of time, or believe that something else is affecting your service, then please call one of advisers on 0844 848 2300.

While there are some changes to the areas under MBORC, overall the picture is pretty much the same; weather is causing higher than usual number of faults, mobility is affected, there is a backlog to clear and more bad weather is expected.

In all other areas the are still some delays being experienced. While these areas are not under MBORC as a whole, some individual jobs are being put under MBORC.
Further snow and a continuation of freezing conditions is forecast for many areas of the country over the weekend.
