Meet our latest recruit

The latest member to join our team at Deep Blue HQ is Rachel Macleod, a graduate from York University with plenty of customer service experience.  Rachel joins us from the clothing chain Next where she managed a team within the administrative centre.

In addition to boosting our customer service operation, Rachel will play a major role in the new mobile division of Deep Blue and be involved in updates for the website.

Deep Blue has launched a brand new online newsletter for customers. Through the regular publication, they can find out the latest from the world of telecoms and receive information about their products to help them achieve more from their service. Deep Blue is continually striving to reduce costs for customers so communicating new initiatives is vital to ensure they get the very best for their money.

Deep Blue is happy to announce that all our broadband customers are now receiving more for their money.  If you regularly exceeded your download allowance, you will be pleased to know that the monthly allowances have now been doubled with no extra charge.

Exchanges in our area are also gearing up for BT’s next generation telephone network which will vastly increase the speed of your connection. Depending on your area, you could have up to 20Mbps download speed, again for no extra cost. Watch out for the letters which are being sent in advance of your upgrade.
