While there are some changes to the areas under MBORC, overall the picture is pretty much the same; weather is causing higher than usual number of faults, mobility is affected, there is a backlog to clear and more bad weather is expected.

In all other areas the are still some delays being experienced. While these areas are not under MBORC as a whole, some individual jobs are being put under MBORC.
Further snow and a continuation of freezing conditions is forecast for many areas of the country over the weekend.
As more bad weather hits many parts of the country, Openreach have declared MBORC in the following areas for both faults and provisioning:

In some areas we are still looking at lead times of up to 24 days for provisioning jobs so we advise any customers to give as much notice as possible for any jobs such as site moves or new provisions.

With freezing conditions and fresh snowfalls predicted for many areas towards the end of the week, the situation could well change again.

Other areas are still affected at the current time, while the weather has improved a lot for many areas there are still some mobility issues in more rural areas.

Openreach have been working on the fault, while normal service has been restored for many who were effected, some sites are still having issue, these are currently being looked into.
Conditions continue to be difficult and a large volumes of reappointed jobs mean that there are still long lead times in many areas.
