As in previous years, we are not sending Christmas cards but continuing to support
our nominated charity -Martin House Children’s Hospice
As we are all aware yesterday’s high winds and severe flooding affected a lot of the UK, the impact on the telecoms infrastructure was major with an extra 2,000 repair requests received, as always priority is given to these requests. Any customer affected by changes to appointments or job delayed by damage to the local infrastructure will be notified as soon as possible.
