Next Door has fibre. Why can’t I get it?

It’s a question we hear often, especially as Openreach push on with the fibre rollout. There can be a number of reasons:

It may be your cabinet is at capacity so all available fibre ports are currently in use.

Your line might be too long to support the higher speeds

Or it could be that your neighbours are served by a different cabinet to your property. If yours isn’t enabled, you won’t be able to experience full Fibre yet.
