It has been brought to our attention that a company claiming to be a phone service provider has been contacting people and telling them their services are at risk of suspension. The caller states that there are unpaid invoices that must be paid immediately or service will be ceased, the company then offer to take credit card details to process this payment.
If you receive a call like this, do not give out any information and contact you service provider to notify them of the call.
