Deep Blue's FeaturePlus telephony system is ideal for small businesses, branch offices and mobile workers. It is designed to meet all of your businesses requirements, even if these requirements frequently change.

Communicator

Communicator is idea for multi site and large single site businesses, offering all the benefits of a large PBX without the need to house and maintain hardware on site.

Deep Blue's Communicator comes with an extensive range of features for all your company's needs. These include management features, enabling you to configure call routing and auto attendants so you never miss a call, add hunt, broadcast and monitor groups and create company wide memory key mapping profiles. There are also personal features such as call forwarding and redirecting, voice mail, call holding or parking and conference calling.

Communicator allows you to change incoming and outgoing call permissions, manage groups, set up speed dials and set up call queuing in an instant.

As with the features, the benefits of Communicator are extensive.

IP DirectConnect

P DirectConnect is the leading SIP Trunking solution in the UK market. Connecting your company's sites to the Deep Blue network, it utilises an IP circuit to carry your voice calls across the public telephone network.

IP DirectConnect can be installed as an alternative to or to complement an ISDN. The benefits of IP DirectConnect include:

• Flexibility of numbering. You can, for example, work from a site in London on a Leeds number. Up to five different geographical numbers can be on the same line.
• Quicker and easier installation processes'
• The ability to order as many channels as you need on a per-channel basis.
• The flexibility of being able to relocate your sites without having to change your numbers.
• Disaster recovery. Should your site be inaccessible, your numbers can be re-pointed to another site so you can keep working whatever happens.
• Free calls between your sites and lower costs to other numbers

Converter

If you are interested in getting the benefits of IP DirectConnect but are not sure if your PBX is enabled to support SIP Trunking then Deep Blue can provide the solution with Converter.

By converting traditional voice services to SIP Trunking services, Converter allows you to upgrade your connection from ISDN to IP without the expense usually associated with changing or upgrading a PBX.

Converter can support connections from Devices with analogue, ISDN2, ISDN30 and DASS2 interfaces.

By supporting both ISDN and SIP connections in a single unit, allowing routing via either network, Converter provides a highly resilient on site connection for your PBX.
