The current severe weather is impacting on everyone at the moment, Openreach included. While every effort is being made to maintain service there have been cases of missed and/or cancelled appointments, as a result of this over the last few days Openreach have issued ‘Matter beyond our reasonable control’ (MBORC) declarations for many of the worst affected areas of the country.
MBORC declarations are currently applied to:
Highlands
North East Scotland
Tayside and Fide
South East Scotland
West Scotland
Newcastle and Northumberland
Tyneside, Durham and Wearside
Tees Valley
York
Bradford
Leeds
South Yorkshire/Chesterfield
Lincoln
Esher
Croydon
Crayford
Southbank
Tunbridge Wells
