There is currently a fault at the Harrogate Exchange affecting a number of people, Openreach are aware of it and are working to fix it as soon as possible.
Many areas are still suffering as a result of the severe weather. Further snowfall, mobility issues, network damage and faults caused by the weather and a backlog of jobs mean that the following areas are still subject to MBORC: Highlands / North East Scotland Tayside and Fife South East Scotland West Scotland Newcastle and Northumberland…
Following some improvements in the weather, Openreach have lifted the MBORC declarations for the following areas: Maidenhead Southbank Portsmouth All other MBORC declarations are still in place. While conditions have shown some improvement over the weekend, many areas are still having issues with accessibility, particularly in rural areas.
The following places have now had MBORC declarations put on them: Derby Nottingham Canterbury Brighton Portsmouth Southampton Maidenhead These are in addition to the places named in the previous update. While access and mobility in some areas has improved, service is still not back to normal. More updates to follow.
