Line Rental and Select Services

Overview
As a fully fledged service provider, Deep Blue can provide your business with a range of lines and services to suit your telephony needs. We can transfer your lines from an existing BT account and even install new lines using BT Openreach engineers. • Multiline Analogue - One number, multiple lines
• ISDN2e Line - Digital Line small business
• ISDN30e Line - Digital Line large business

All lines provided by Deep Blue support an equivilent range of select services to those provided by BT. For example, caller display, 1471, call minder, call barring etc.

Moving Premises? New site ?
Deep Blue can project manage move of premises and new installations, removing the stress and worry and enabling you to concentrate on your core business activities. Being heavily involved with telephone system installers during the first year of business, we have a wealth of experience of the problems and solutions associated with provision to new sites and moving premises.

One call
Another great reason to use Deep Blue for calls and line rental is that in the event of any issue with your service, you only need to make one call. We can run a remote line check, talk you through diagnosing your issue and resolve it much quicker. On average our a support call will be picked up within 4 rings, there are no queues or menus.
