Traditional Broadband

With Deep Blue you get:

  • Static IP addresses
    Whether you are hosting a webserver, running a mail server or need extra security across your VPN you will need a static IP address. We include 1 static IP address with every broadband service.
  • No long term contracts
    If you need broadband for a short period or for a long term, we can provide your service on a month by month basis.
  • Flexibility
    Our packages carry a set monthly fee with a generous download allowance, but should you require any extra allowance, instant top ups are available. We will even notify you when you get near your limit so you are always in control.
  • Accurate availability and speed
    There are very few exchanges which are not enabled to provide ADSL Broadband, however availability and the maximum speed of service you will receive are dependant on capacity at the exchange, the line length from your premises to the exchange, and the quality of the copper in this wire. We use this information to tell you exactly what service you can expect rather than giving you an 'Up to' speed.

Fibre Broadband

Here at Deep Blue we are excited to announce the availability of our Fibre Optic Broadband service. Offering superfast download speeds, fibre broadband allows you to get even more from your internet connection than ever before. You can access business applications faster, collaborate with customers, regional offices or remote workers more efficiently and upload internet pages in seconds.

As with our Traditional Broadband service you get:

Please note that fibre broadband services are not yet available to everyone.

To receive fibre broadband your site will need to be connected to an upgraded cabinet within an upgraded exchange area. Sites positioned too far from an upgraded cabinet as well as sites directly connected to the exchange will not be able to receive fibre broadband.

You will require a working line at your site in order to receive fibre broadband, if you currently don't have a suitable line, we can arrange installation of one.
